來自我解答一下好了,
看看有沒有人也需要~
之前練背練得滿多的,重量也做比較重些,
從來沒發生過二頭先酸的情況,
因此這陣子有這情況,才覺得很驚訝~
所以還真的是沒注意到精華區這個地方
感謝某些人的推文提醒。
我想應該是因為我想砍掉重練之後,
為了力求更標準(結果反而變不標準@@)
拉得非常慢,
然後反而在其實重量過輕時,
為了把背刺激更深,
不自覺手肘的夾角沒有保持90度
因此二頭吃過多~
每個階段注意到,想加強的東西好像都會不一樣
再把所有動作重新研究一次好囉!
