背部的訓練 - 健身

我是健身界的ROCKY(弱雞)
平常練背的動作只有滑輪下拉跟T-bar划船
但是因為初學 對背部肌肉的感受度不高
每次練完都覺得背肌的感覺跟最高品質一樣~~~靜悄悄
今天我練滑輪下拉時
做完4~5組且8~10RM重量的正常動作後
接下來的2~3組動作在拉到最後拉不下來時
自己再用身體反覆往後頃的方式 ( ∕ --> ╱ )
猛拉帶動橫桿然後再做個好幾下
自己以為這樣可以在沒人補的情況下做到力竭
現在背肌似乎有比以前有多一點練到的感覺
但是我還是覺得這樣的動作不是很恰當
不知道各位認為這樣的練法會有用
還是這種動作是~~~
1.危險動作
2.練心酸動作
3.有趣動作
ps.滑輪下拉時 感覺背夾緊 停個兩三秒 緩慢放回去.....恩 還在領會當中
