背部肌肉感受度不足 - 健身

因為最近開始練背發現背部肌群很難出力
練了兩三次隔天都是酸在二頭三頭
調整過姿勢後在作時都會挺胸+夾背但問題來了
因為背部肌群很弱,所以重量如果太重很容易
無法控制用到二頭的力量,所以我現在都做很輕
當下已經可以感受到背部夾的感覺
也有請朋友幫我摸我的背部有沒有夾
當下做完會拉筋有明顯的肌肉拉開的感受,可是隔天都不會酸
這是不是我的重量不夠?
因為我重量已經很輕了如果加重很容易二三頭又作怪
我背肌的菜單是
坐姿划船12下*2組 10下*兩組 自己做最後兩組會沒力所以少兩
坐姿下拉(不知道名稱是同一個機器)一樣12*2+10*2
站姿划船(像猩猩依樣半蹲的動作)拿W型的槓桿 12*4
引體向上:12*4
想問在確定姿勢沒有跑掉下,隔天沒有痠痛
代表沒練到還是肌群有進步但不到痠痛的程度
還是將重量加重,數量減少
想請教大家一開始練背是如何抓到感覺的?
或者是有沒有版友有在北區世界健身點的可以讓我看一次你練背的動作嗎
