就爬文來看,雞蛋的膽固醇不影響,所以攝取雞蛋的蛋白質是無慮的。
那肉類跟海鮮類呢?以有重訓的人來說,一天攝取的蛋白質很多,爬文是說
ㄧ天的膽固醇要低於300,那一天中吃雞胸肉、鮪魚、牛肉、草蝦等等,為了吃足蛋白質,膽固醇早已超標@@ 求解!!!
