硬舉與握力關係 - 健身

各位巨巨馬甲線大家好!
小弟想請教關於握力的問題,
開始練硬舉已經大約半年,
重量從60kg到最近可以拉上105kg,
由於小弟都只練健力三項5*5,
Front squat 5RM是90kg、
Bench press 5RM是70kg,
但是硬舉105kg可以做到6、7下,
而且應該可以拉到第八下,
但是手真的握不住(有戴手套),
所以這重量應該不是我的5RM吧!?
想請問有甚麼方法可以增加握力呢?
有爬文看到可以吊單槓不要動,
那如果硬舉加重量繼續硬練會增加握力嗎?
或者是握力器那種東西有幫助嗎?
