我是一個接觸健身約半年的女孩
還沒開始重訓健身之前 我只是單純喜歡打球跑步
後來身邊朋友開始練身體
我就也跟著開始拉~~~
也覺得重訓根本不是這麼可怕的東西
開始了解肌肉在體內燃燒能量、修飾身型的重要性
長"有線條的肌肉"很美!!!!!
我身高大概161公分 55公斤 體脂率17%
很想要有明顯的腹肌 卻只能隱隱約約看到而已...
不過我每天還是會做腹部中度的TABATA+一個禮拜跑個兩天的跑步
還有什麼方是能讓腹肌更明顯嗎? 還是我這樣是正常的呢?
另外我想問我跑步的強度是不是太強? (我5km跑30min)
