請教 上斜腿推舉 胸腔壓迫的問題 - 健身

各位巨巨大家好,小魯在做上斜腿推舉時,
只要槓片重量超過300公斤,就會開始有胸腔受壓迫的感受
重量上到400公斤以後感受更強烈,胸腔中的空氣時常在動作下放時被擠出
目前做的時候都會緊抓把手,將腰臀背和頭部緊貼椅面,
但只要做到一定的重量後,還是會有胸腔空氣被擠出的問題,
常常做完一組都因為呼吸節奏混亂的關係喘的跟狗一樣,
不知道是動作下放太深,還是有沒注意的姿勢不良發生呢?
