如題
瘦弱者想經由健身 和飲食 來提升體格
算一算一天下來所需熱量 大約要2300~2400卡
之前爬文之後得到吃"乾淨的食物比較好" 不外乎少油 少鹽 少糖
但如果天天都這樣吃 要吃到那麼多卡 要吃很多的量
如果其中一餐吃麥當當 一個套餐 大約近千卡 蛋白質含量也不少
幾乎佔了快一半 這樣感覺熱量很快就達標
想問如果有搭配健身 這樣的飲食可以嗎?
