原PO現在身高體重是 178CM 95KG
平常都會在家做伏地挺身跟伏地挺身 一組都20下 做四組
像我這樣做會增加肌肉嗎?
因為肚子怎麼看都還是一團肥肉
平常也有在跑步跟打球
可以跟我一樣邊做有氧邊做肌力嗎?
還有做重量訓練消耗的熱量是肌肉還是脂肪阿?
