胸推後,膝蓋後十字韌帶受傷 - 健身

這真的是蠢到不行的狀況...不知道有沒有人有類似的經驗
週三 進行自己的胸推課表,
當天中午用餐因為超過上班時間,蹲了五分鐘躲在角落吃午餐
下午左腳開始有酸軟無力的感覺
週四持續同樣的狀況且開始更有感,從小腿後方,腓腸肌靠近膝蓋的兩個端點酸軟
到前面膝蓋的下緣兩側無力,走路開始一拐一拐
週五 變得嚴重,從膝蓋中心出發,大腿下緣,小腿上緣,肌肉開始緊繃,
走路變得更吃力,左後腳窩有腫脹疼痛感,
於是到家裡附近的診所透過超音波查看,才知道後十字韌帶受傷了(腫大)
壓迫到腓腸肌,並且伴有小腿略為腫大的狀況
仔細回想後才發現
起因是胸推時,我的後膝蓋頂在握推椅子的邊緣,
每一次的臥推結束後,啞鈴沒有放置地面,用仰臥起坐的方式把自己「撐」坐起來
等於後膝蓋腳窩 除了支撐自己的重量還加上手上啞鈴的重量 壓迫下
造成這次的後十字韌帶受傷
想問問看是否有人有類似的經驗或狀況

造成這次的後十字韌帶受傷
想問問看是否有人有類似的經驗或狀況
