我一個禮拜胸練一次(握推
公斤*次數

這樣練一次volume大約4000
可能之後會拆成一個禮拜兩次 (組數會再做調整
目標是推五組60*10 但是推完一組60*10就沒力推60
請問是否要降回50多練? 謝謝各位巨巨
