胸肌大小不一樣 - 健身

我沒有上健身房的習慣 因為是個窮學身
但是一直以來都有持續的跑步 游泳 或是騎腳踏車
每天在家都會舉啞鈴 伏地挺身 仰臥起坐
或是到頂樓曬衣服的地方拉拉單槓 = =
身體的線條好不容易有點出來
昨天晚上在家跟朋友玩牌的時候
被朋友說胸肌左邊比右邊大(在家習慣脫掉上衣 這陣子實在太熱)
自己照鏡子也發現到真的有點一大一小
爬了文之後 雖然有板友討論過 但是內容似乎不多
有人提到靠 槓鈴臥推 來刺激右胸 或是用其他方法單獨刺激右胸
不過小弟我從來沒去過健身房 我真的不知道槓鈴臥推是什麼姿勢
有沒有什麼辦法 是我自己在家做
就能夠達到單獨刺激右胸的效果?
怕自己這樣下去 一大一小會越來越明顯
