因為我以前是打棒球的右撇子
所以右手比左手有力是很合理的
在做坐姿啞鈴三頭肌伸展時
右手可以舉個20下以上..(20p)
左手....大概5下吧@@
左右手現在差2cm
繼續練下去會越差越多嗎?
左手該硬撐..或是換個磅數輕的來練嗎??
