開始認真運動到目前已快半年有了吧
一個禮拜大概會有三天以上出去跑步
每次快走1-2k 慢跑3-5k
至少會運動五十分鐘以上
飲食方面 喝的部分都是光泉的牛奶(有時低脂有時全脂)、豆漿(最低只能接受微糖)
吃的話就是不會亂吃 每天一定會吃蛋跟一堆青菜
體脂從25降到21、22(五月底量的)
基代1200左右
因為是在學校量 所以近期的還不知道
體重從48降到46(六月)
但因放暑假 一天只吃兩餐(早午餐、晚餐)
再加上一些因素 讓我前幾個禮拜完全沒胃口
但該吃的還是會吃
現在變44、45
近期就很明顯的看到 大腿變細 外側的肉沒那麼凸了 肚子有變小
然後 胸部變小 覺得沒以前肉 雖然本來就沒有很有肉
最近食量慢慢回來 也瘋狂按摩 不知道會不會好一些....
之前在46的時候 胸部感覺還是跟以前48的時候一樣
但現在44、45真的變小的感覺
是因為吃太少
還是是慢慢瘦下來...然後剛好瘦到胸部了?
