如何判斷基礎代謝率是否下降? - 健身

由於本人是第一次減肥,所以只知道少吃多動,
從四月開始從原本完全不運動到每個星期到健身房運動兩次(有氧+一點點重訓)
飲食則在不刻意讓肚子挨餓的情況下盡量少吃,
結果發現每個月少兩公斤,到六月底剛好三個月已減了六公斤,
腰圍也少了兩吋,正在高興的時候發現此版,
才知道有基礎代謝率這東西,我現在整個晴天霹靂,
我回想這三個月能少吃就盡量少吃的狀況,大部分的天數是沒有吃到基代的,
我爬文知道這樣的結果就是基代下降等著復胖,
我突然想起我三月底做過體脂肪的體檢,看到當時的基礎代謝率是1512(當時體重74公斤)
現在過了三個月了,體重是68公斤,我要如何知道我現在的基礎代謝率是否下降,
若按公式算差六公斤基礎代謝率並沒有甚麼差別,
還是我要再去做一次體檢確認?
我現在應該怎麼辦? 萬一基代下降是立刻每天吃足基代
還是要慢慢增加飲食才不會復胖,
