胺基酸補充的相關請教&推薦? - 健身

因為想要減重,除了食量的控制外,也會定時去運動。
大概維持了3個月,體重略有下降,不過覺得體重下降後,肉怎麼有點垂垂的…Orz
真是減重後的另一個憂鬱...
之前曾經看新聞有報導

有說到補充蛋白質營養,尤其是補充BCAA支鏈胺基酸,可以幫助維持肌肉功能,進而幫助
提高BMR基礎代謝率,減少體內脂肪的堆積
但後來上網查了一下~
發現都是胺基酸的相關產品…
實在不知道從何下手~可以請各位大大推薦一下嗎?
