最近練跑發現
以20m/ 10s 的速度來回跑
剛開的5次很輕鬆
5~10 次開始有點吃力
第11次到15次腳開始有點沉重
第16次開始就會舉步維堅併發大腿內側上方疼痛
最高的記錄是跑22次
算一算20x20也才400m 而已
應該不致於跑不太去
所以我覺得應該是我跑步的姿勢或用力方式有問題
想請教要如何跑步才能跑的又快又遠呢?
