最近開始練習貼牆壁 想要改善儀態
需要屁股.腰.背.頭 都貼緊牆壁
呈現密不透風的一直線
但是我發現我屁股.背.頭 都貼到牆了
就是腰貼不到牆壁哪!! 完全懸空!
我要把腰貼向牆壁 背就必須駝 上身要向前傾 腰才貼到壁
不這樣的話 腰怎麼用力向牆壁靠 都還是和牆壁有距離
這就是長期駝背的後果嗎Q_Q
請問去整骨能改善這部份嗎? 還是有什麼體操運動可以改善呢?
