各位好 ,本人在出差時發生車禍,腳底舟狀骨粉碎,現在復原後 被診斷為外傷性關節炎
腳只要踩就會痛,走動10分鐘以上跛腳就很明顯,復健到現在多以減輕疼痛的療程為主
受傷前略胖,172公分 75~78公斤左右 受傷前偶爾會慢跑 不忌口體重也可以維持
現在一天走動走不到30分 要是走太多 隔天腳連站立都沒辦法
現在吃的有刻意減少 大概是一天兩餐 早午餐吃一條魚 青菜 配飯 晚餐大概就一碗麵
可是因為動太少了現在快90kg了 後面我有嘗試去學游泳 可是因為平衡感變差
還在泳池邊摔倒過 而且學的進度也很不理想 就大概是浮著用腳踢水前進
有曾經一個禮拜去4天自己踢水游 一次兩個小時 快兩個月 可是成效不彰
而且泳池都蠻遠的 不是很方便
現在想請教各位 有沒有什麼可以不用踩的運動 可以有有氧的效果
我連做伏地挺身腳都受不了 踩到跟稍微折到都會痛
如果一直做仰臥起坐會有效果嗎??

補充: 有詢問過復健科醫師 不過他們目前有的動作都是會要踩的
只能建議忍著痛 吃止痛藥去做= =
