請問一下版友
想要鍛鍊以及強化腳踝的力量的話要怎麼訓練呢?
因為以前打球時腳踝有扭到過(兩腳都有)
而且都不只一次 後來就都不太敢跳
現在打球時 都覺得腳踝的爆發力跟以前相去甚遠....
這種力不從心的感覺真的不是很好
想請問一下有什麼方法可以強化腳踝的力量??
我重訓的場所是學校的重訓室 所以free weight的器材應該是都有
請各位先進不吝指教了
