伏地挺身輔助器??? - 健身

目前是用輔助器+墊高腳的方式練,因為沒太多時間泡在健身房,
洗澡或睡前練個30下,左手似乎因為不夠力,覺得有壓迫到手掌
神經的感覺,最近覺得靠手腕大拇指肌腱的地方,有時會覺得有
點抽痛,手一瞬間有點無力的感覺,拿布或泡棉之類的把輔助器
握把包厚一點會比較好嗎??? 剛爬文居然有人握到輔助器焊接
地方裂開 "囧",這玩意似乎不怎麼安全阿!?
