騎飛輪騎很久了體重都無變化 ,要變換運動方式嗎?? - 健身

以前曾經不吃晚餐(只吃水果)加狂騎飛輪兩節課瘦下來
復胖後--自知減肥方式錯誤
目前 體脂高達30
現在不敢不吃晚餐,三餐正常 ㄧ星期去健身房五天
保持騎飛輪的習慣(現在有做重訓+騎飛輪)
在健身房的教練看我每天勤奮運動卻無多大成果
建議我變換運動方式(教練已經來跟我推銷好幾次.但教練課太貴無法負擔)
...可是我還是喜歡踩飛輪....滑步機和登階機實在有點無聊
或是我改變方式 跳跳繩????
我是真的喜歡騎飛輪,要我不踩飛輪真的蠻困難的...> <
