關於啞鈴 - 健身

請問一下 一般單隻短槓
最多可以加槓片加到幾磅
因為沒時間去健身房
所以想購入啞鈴練練身體
但是考慮到以後重量會增加
所以想問問單隻短槓(不加短槓重量)可以加到大概60磅以上嗎?
我是新手 沒有認真的健身過
所以問問這個蠢問題
還想請問在哪裡可以買的到(當然希望越便宜越好)
