腳踝受傷到底要怎樣才會比較快好 - 健身

兩個月前打球微翻船
到現在腳踝還是隱隱的痛
去看過骨科,骨頭沒啥問題
做了一循環的復建(六次)
除了第一次感覺到真的舒服很多外
剩下的五次好像沒啥用 (超音波,電療,站拉筋板)
後來就懶得去了,去一次都要好久。
現在都用騎腳踏車代替跑步
也盡量不站著,肚子都默默的堆了一圈好過冬
也有試過帶著護踝一整天,反而更不舒服
大家都說多休息是最好的治療方式
可是"只"休息 不做積極的治療 真的有用嗎??
都過了兩個月,真的好想好好動動...
