想請問各位大大
我想練腹肌
我已經每天做80下仰臥起坐
(做了半年吧 國中時也有做了一年左右
高中因為課業 沒在做 大學又恢復)
學校的體適能1分鐘也可以有70下
但是腹肌就是沒有給我出現= =
用力時 摸起來真的很硬
可是卻沒有紋路 這讓我煩惱不已
會不會是我小時候很胖(國小)
然後瘦下來 但是脂肪還在?
所以是不是要做有氧運動??
可以請各位大大幫小的解答 謝謝
