肌肉增加的速率 - 健身

小弟是新手
之前爬文有看到一句話:
肌肉增加的很慢,脂肪減的很慢
不知道一般練重訓後,肌肉增加率是多少?有明確的數字嗎?
我是有稍微紀錄一下
作重訓的一個多月來,肌肉增加0.5kg(真的好難增加~)
離我的目標增加10kg的肌肉還很遠,照這樣下去大概需要2~3年時間
同時,因為沒有請教練指導
也想藉由是否有這方面的統計,
來驗證自己的訓練方法是否是對的。
