我平常練腹肌的方式有仰臥起坐,抬腿,還有學校健身房幾台練腹肌的機器,
但是腹肌都只有在剛練完的時候比較明顯而已,所以想請問各位我是不是應該減脂
還是加重練??有其他的練法嗎??
還有就是腹肌一定要出力還能看到形狀嗎??有人練到不用出力就能看到明顯六塊的嗎?
