小弟在偏遠地區服務 沒什麼器材
只有滾輪跟伏地挺身架還有啞鈴(最近要加強啞鈴了 手臂不夠好看)
這三個月重訓之後體重明顯上升(58->68)(177cm)
但是我的腹肌卻變成波浪狀
就是這種樣子

有爬文過 說是天生的沒辦法改變
可是很多人都可以練成方方正正的
所以我一直覺得是不是我自己亂搞搞錯
我每個星期六日回家都會游泳(本身有游泳習慣)
不知道跟這有關嗎?(想要看起來勻稱結實的腹肌)
我是用滾輪 跪姿 30下*3組
因為我本身是瘦皮猴
滾輪30下*3組對我來說做到最後只有輕微酸痛
會停的原因是因為背跟腰在最後時會負荷不了
請教有什麼其他方式可以改善我的波浪腹肌?
如果要得到肚臍上面那兩塊 滾輪做得到嗎?
我都是用跪姿 前滾成弓型後拉回
另外就是胸肌的問題
我這幾個月都用伏地挺身架 以慢動作(一秒上一秒下)做3組~5組
搭配雙槓撐體一樣慢動作3~5組
但最近發現好像到極限了 不管我怎麼加次數或組數
都沒有第一兩個月開始練的時候的那種熱脹感
請問這是不是已經算現有器材的極限了呢?
還是說次數仍然不夠?
