腿部重量訓練起來,會頭暈問題 - 健身

如題
其實一直以來,我做腿部訓練都會頭暈,
今天突破重量後,頭暈感又更強,差點跌倒,
先說,我姿勢很正確,畢竟是機械式腿推,
就是簡單向後蹬(不要完全打直)再緩慢回來,
另外我也有注意呼吸,沒有刻意憋氣,
可是就很怪,
做完下來,都會頭暈,
請問這是正常的嗎?
