膝蓋不舒服該繼續跑嗎? - 健身

先大略說一下自己的身體狀況
身高161 體重54 平常沒有運動習慣(這點真的滿糟糕的...)
因為得知考試需要考體能測驗,女生要在6分20秒內跑完1200M
朋友們的建議都是現在開始練體能(考試約在8、9月)
之前偶爾在家晚上會踩踩空中腳踏車,膝蓋就會發出喀喀聲
本來是不以為意
但最近連三天到健身房練跑步後,回到家雙腿膝蓋都很不舒服
也沒有到痛的地步,感覺酸酸卡卡的
我開始都先慢走、快走400M後開始跑
也沒有跑很快,大概跑2000M後就開始緩走結束
全程緩走+實際跑也才3000M
(我體力真是爛透了...才跑這樣就覺得要躺在跑步機上了T^T)
就因為現在膝蓋的關係,害我現在不知道該繼續跑把體能練起來還是先休息
(怕一停下來就會有怠惰的心態出來...)
想請問各位對於像我這樣平常都沒在運動的人,3000M是否太勉強?
我朋友叫我每天跑30分鐘不能停,這樣體能很快就會上來
但我怕我這樣跑下去膝蓋會爆...所以想知道對於入門應該每天跑多少比較OK?
