膝蓋休養中體重回升了 - 減肥

大約前兩三週吧..膝蓋不舒服..休息了一週還是沒太大改善..
所以就去看了復健科..醫生說退化性關節炎..也就是膝蓋軟骨磨損..
不過初步判斷情況還好..吃吃消炎藥和肌肉鬆弛劑..做做復健..
有照X光..不過下週回診才會看到....
剛開始休息的一週體重還持續往下降了一公斤多..
我猜是之前運動時多儲存肝糖所帶的水分釋出吧~~
上一週體重開始飄移了...雖然還在每天體重變化的誤差值內..
但是扣除正常的體重誤差值後..還是比之前重了一公斤..
醫生說健走是沒有關係的..所以我大概也要開始恢復運動了..
拜託~~雨就別再下了吧~~
這次的感想是..減肥要趁早啊!!!十幾年來的胖子生涯已經讓我的膝蓋受損了~~
