慢跑+重訓的減肥效果 - 減肥

本人從近三個個禮拜前開始在學校的操場慢跑
一次到最後的總里程數是4公里 昨天回家首次量體重
原本滿心期待的想看是多少公斤 沒想到竟然變得更重了...
讓我有點灰心
跑步前174/77or78
跑步後竟然變79 昨天吃完飯量還到80 冏
雖然很多人說我變瘦 連平常一直酸我體重的媽媽都說我變瘦了
後來爬文才知道這是正常現象
在爬文的過程中 我也看到有人在討論重訓
發現重訓的好處似乎非常多
不只可以消耗熱量減肥 又可以幫助肌肉線條與發展
所以讓我也想要試著重訓看看 不過我不知道有哪些運動
就算是重訓的範圍 也不知道一次是要持續多久
目前手邊有的工具就只有兩顆啞鈴 操場的單槓
請問如果我現在要減肥 我該如何用 慢跑搭配重訓的方式來達成呢?
慢跑我已經OK了 現在就想要加入重訓
我該做什麼樣的重訓比較有效呢?
個人的目標是體重先降到70KG
然後腰旁邊突出的肉能消進去
以及讓胸肌變得好看一點 謝謝各位摟
