膝蓋受傷 - 健身

兩三個星期前
打球完膝蓋再痛
看完醫生照超音波
膝蓋好像韌帶拉傷
醫生說要休息不能運動
要自己做一些復健運動
醫生教我做動作
然後拿藥給我擦
叫我回去休息兩三個禮拜應該就會好
我想說一星期過去了 好像沒有好轉
想說要運動 不然越來越胖
想說我可以游泳嗎??
不是說游泳復健也挺好~~
想請問一下大家
而且想問我是不是該去看中醫整骨一下??
