前一陣子跑步跑得太開心,不小心讓膝蓋炸裂(我才跑10公里)
雖然沒看醫生,不過根據經驗大概要休息一個禮拜左右
現在右腳膝蓋內側走路的時候會痛,目前只能做重量訓練
可是還是會腳癢想做有氧
有沒有膝蓋炸裂之後的有氧運動可以做
