很少貼文,不過昨天看到了上帝,不貼不快。
話說昨天中午我們這邊的台灣同鄉會辦聚餐,吃完有個醫師
演講「三十」分鐘(每個東西講好幾次,最後拖了一個小時
),主題是,如何降膽固醇。
我想說,這很重要,所以剛開始就很認真聽,然後這醫生就
開始說了一堆,反正就是越好吃的東西,膽固醇越高,這我
同意,沒什麼錯,然後也開始談 LDL 跟 HDL ,講的也沒什
麼錯,跟我的認知差不多,然後精彩的來了。
他開始講如何降膽固醇了,於是變開始說美國人吃得很不健
康,可是因為科技發達,讓他們的壽命延長了,主要就是吃
了降膽固醇的藥。然後就開始介紹一大堆降膽固醇的藥,告
訴大家,哪種要效果最好,哪種比較差,保險公司會 cover
的通常是效果比較不好,比較便宜的, blah blah blah 。
反正就是告訴大家,要降膽固醇,就要吃哪種要比較好,最
後還鼓吹大家每天要吃阿斯匹靈 =_= 聽到這我都快昏倒了。
身為一個醫生,應該告訴大家如何改變生活來降膽固醇吧?
而不是鼓吹大家靠藥物來維持。還有一個很不爽的一點就是
,他肚子超大,還敢在幾十個人面前說,他雖然肚子大,但
是卻是在場膽固醇最低的....
