體重:50.4kg (共減了1.6kg)
BMI:19.4
體脂率:26.6% (共增加了2.7%)

三餐內容
早餐:以下幾種輪流
1. 饅頭一顆,有時會加上一包桂格美味大燕麥片
2. 素食麵線一碗,份量大約500cc(用馬克杯量)內有加少許黑木耳、胡蘿蔔絲
3. 桂格大燕麥片約50g+約15g的阿華田粉
午餐:自製便當or自助餐:內有白飯約200g一碗、炒菜(種類不一)約白飯的二倍
肉類或豆類約200g,偶爾會有香腸1根或炸雞排(十天一次)
晚餐:以下幾種輪流
1. 低脂起士片3片、7-11關東煮(冬粉2個、蒟蒻絲2個、冬瓜or蘿蔔1個)
2. 自製牛肉麵,牛肉約3x9x1cm大小、關廟麵一球(外包裝顯示約270大卡)油脂少
3. 自製晚餐 (內容跟午餐差不多)
其他:每天下午會吃水果,份量為1~2顆的蘋果、芭樂或水梨,有時候會吃葡萄約20顆
不喝含糖飲料、每天水份約2000~2200cc
日常作息時間:約12點左右睡,睡眠時間7~8小時
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:每週1次瑜珈(60分鐘)
2~3次有氧(拳擊有氧60分鐘、飛輪有氧40分鐘或投籃60分鐘)
因為沒有心跳表,所以是想到會量一下脈膊
有量的時候心跳都有超過130下,但不確定是否整個運動過程都有維持心跳 ><
我的問題:
我是從4/26開始進行減脂計劃
期間吃了4次的大餐(包括:喜宴、炸豬排套餐),其餘飲食皆如上面所描述
要吃大餐當天,其他餐會盡量少吃(大部份吃燙青菜或水果)
培養運動習慣之後,一開始是感覺到水腫明顯的改善
身體的精神也變好,褲子也有變鬆
期間一直沒有站上體脂機,想說給身體多一點時間 XD
結果早上站上體脂機時嚇一跳,體脂肪硬生生的多了2.7% >"<
還好基代只有小幅的下降 (1226大卡--->1210大卡)
不過看到體脂肪上升,卻弄不清楚到底那邊出了問題
所以上來求救了 Orz
不曉得大家覺得有那個地方需要改善的嗎?
