臀推應該是練屁股吧
最近開始練1.5倍體重的訓練
臀推每次都是下背先酸屁股才開始酸
接著做深蹲或是硬舉也都是下背非常痠...
不過隔天下背都不會痛,生活也都沒啥感覺
我現在在思考,這是練到下背,以後就沒事了還是我動作不正確受傷了QQ
不知道板上大家的經驗如何?
