173/70 體脂從18至13
三項成績從開始50/80/80
至今60/140/140
是的你沒看錯...
臥推的成績在一年半的時間只進步10KG
在臥推推至中段時會有沒力再往上推的感覺(力竭
但不是三頭沒力 而且三頭肥的出汁
一週的訓練量 臥推大概2000公斤 器械式胸部訓練約8000公斤
想請問這情形如何改善
懇請各位巨巨慷囊相授
對了 我是幫我朋友代po的
本小弟的臥推也很廢
