臥推時肩胛收緊的問題 - 健身

小弟新手
目前用空槓自主學習臥推,也有參考許多影片,如姐夫或蓋伊等等
但臥推過程中遇到一個問題是
每當將槓鈴推至頂點時,肩胛會自然開掉,無法維持收緊的狀態(但肩胛依然在臥推椅內
)
但收槓時想像把槓鈴折斷時又能自然把肩胛收緊
然後推槓時又開掉了...
目前有練背(坐姿划船、坐姿滑輪下拉、滑輪直臂下拉)
請問有什麼方法能夠提點小弟,讓肩胛在臥推時始終維持收緊狀態嗎
