幹!哪來那麼神奇的事!
除非你會念力,可以隔空抓(推)槓鈴
不然只要手必須動、背必須彎,你就一定會練到啦!
健美先生之所以喜歡只舉前半段(如影片中示範)

其目的只是希望「盡量」少用一點三頭肌
然後延長胸肌保持在「張力狀態」下的時間
(關鍵字:代謝刺激)
從健美的角度來看,如果每次都是推到底
很有可能三頭肌先爆炸,胸肌卻沒練到啥
如果你只是想練對大奶子
確實可以考慮採用這種訓練方式
: 舉一半就下去然後再舉一半這樣?
: 順便問一下有沒有比較推薦的三頭肌練法?
: 我半年前買了一個tricep bar都沒用過
: 因為想說練臥推就會練到三頭了,看了這篇才知道要另外再加練....

大概就是窄握臥推、肩上推舉(站立版)、史波多臥推這三個動作
