我做了一陣子滑輪下拉
拉輕的還是重一點的
感覺多少還是會吃到下背
回家後 腰就有些酸 些微不適感
練背完回家 有時候會腰不適 有時候不會
做滑輪下拉時候 我的腰背已經盡量打直
後仰也不會太誇張
是不是腹部沒力的關係 代償到下背去?
因為我從來沒練過腹部.....
還是椅墊座太前面或太後面有關?
