小弟剛接觸重訓,非常菜
平時是跟朋友一起在WG練,會互相幫看動作
目前從機械轉到Free Weight,都是自己上網爬文或是看影片學習
但這幾次遇到了一些問題,想請教一下版上的前輩
做臥推時需要手臂內收及肩胛骨後收
再調整動作時我可以做到手臂內收
但若是把肩胛骨往後夾時,發現我負重能力會下降許多
而且感覺是三頭吃到比較多重量,變得很不穩
想請問是因為我還不熟悉動作才會這樣
還是我的姿勢根本就錯誤呢?
背夾不緊的問題該怎麼改善呢?
