仰臥起坐 一次還是分批? - 健身

最近開始練這個 (以前很少運動), 想要減小腹
我發現如果一次做 50 下
當日腹部就會維持在很痠痛的狀態
甚至有可能隔天都在痛
但若分批進行
每1-2小時做 30 下 (剛好到有點痛)
則一個晚上可以做到 100 下以上
而且也都不會痛
請問哪種的減腹效果會比較好?
p.s. 我朋友說仰臥起坐只會把肥肉練成肌肉, 不會變小, 這是真的嗎?
