臥推重量無法上升 - 健身

各位巨巨安安
小弟在world gym也練了好一陣子了
但唯獨臥推的重量遲遲無法躍進
從剛開始練60kg到現在75kg 已經快一年了
中間幾乎也沒有停滯
每次練胸臥推完也都會用機械式加強
所以想請問各位大奶哥們
臥推重量上不去該如何改變訓練方式之類的
