自助餐的熱量該怎算 - 健身

上星期吃了6天的7-11後 發現優點是可以幫我們算熱量
但是缺點是長期吃下來也不好
所以這星期開始來吃自助餐(雖然也不是很好)
可是裡面的東西熱量卻不知該怎麼算
比方說青菜2樣,但是都是大約不到100克
這樣要怎算熱量阿??
要吃到100克又發現太多~~
我知道要吃到基礎代謝率,可是以我這樣子的吃法.
我擔心一天下來根本就不到~~
今天我吃的午餐是 大約220克的五穀飯 一小匙的長江豆
一小匙的麻婆豆腐 一小匙的滷豬腸 一小匙的絲瓜
這樣子到是該怎算>??
我也查了好多種的熱量表了 但是卻發現其實寫的不是這麼詳細
且我也不知道他們店家到底是添加啥油
(ps:因我住外面...所以都只能吃外面的..)
