請問各位
天冷一直想吃火鍋
偶爾會自己煮 但我覺得吃的量太多
因為菜居多 吃少又不飽
所以 想請問一下
火鍋煮法:
我的是用白開水
水滾放一般大小的高麗菜半顆
金珍菇1-2包或香菇,秀珍菇15-20朵
凍豆腐手掌大一塊
玉米筍6-8個或茼蒿菜一包
真空鯛魚片1包或鮭魚手掌大一片
冬粉1-2個
不沾醬料
我一餐可以吃完這些份量
我算起來是約6-7百卡
不知道這樣的內容跟量會不會太誇張
請大家幫我看一下有什麼可以調整的
