體重下降,體型沒變 - 美體

今年以來,我也開始加入減肥的行列
除了生理期5天左右沒運動之外
幾乎每天會做的運動有:
1.踏步機30分鐘或慢跑40分鐘(擇一,偶爾兩者都有)
2.抬腿、半蹲、手臂等塑身運動
加上白天飲食正常,晚餐不吃或少吃
我每天都會量體重、體脂、量腰圍臀圍和腿圍
目前體重順利減下2公斤左右
體脂約降0.5(但我覺得體脂不準,每次量都會有誤差)
可是我最在意的體型,也就是腰圍、臀圍和腿圍都不動如山><
為什麼會這樣呢?
我該怎麼改善呢?
還是說體重瘦下來後,要一段時間才會反應在體型上呢?
