最近發現一件事
就是早餐除了烤地瓜
吃其他的東西好像感覺吃不好 (遮臉)
每天早餐吃烤地瓜+黑咖啡已經一個多月了
如果地瓜太小就會視情況改無糖高纖豆漿或是加個小七溫泉蛋
但最近突然發現
有時候買不到地瓜
買了早餐店的火腿貝果或是鮪魚土司來吃
都吃不飽...
還沒12點肚子就餓了...
明明我只是吃250公克左右的地瓜啊...
