自製豐盛的蛋白質餐~(煎牛排啦!!!) - 健身

今天星期日~早上在家沒事
就自己動手做午餐囉~^^~
準備材料有~
拉麵(超愛吃拉麵~>.<~)
青花菜.蛋.馬鈴薯.紅蘿蔔
沙朗菲力(學生提供~哈!!)
磨菇.市售牛排醬(沒那個閒工夫自己煮牛排醬啦!!)
作法:
1.把燙好的面放在盤子上
2.把煎好的牛排都擺上去
(不建議一開始就用奶油煎,最好先用橄欖油,因為奶油偏甜,用奶油煎容易臭火乾,若真的想吃奶油的香味
可以等到牛排差不多煎好後再放些奶油提味)
(另外~煎牛排記得加紅酒進去燒喔~我可是撒了一瓶1975年的XO進去~>.<~味道真的香到爆!!)
阿~若有健身的朋友~記得可以用廚房紙巾把油吸一下~不然會攝取不少油脂喔...到時有氧做不完~><~
3.再把燙好的蔬菜跟煎的醜醜的蛋擺上去
4.最後呢~淋上精心調配的醬汁就OK啦!!
(我是買市售的牛排醬加上磨菇下去做~味道~當然有自己再調過~還滿好吃的哩!!)
這一盤~我跟女友~一下子就掃光光了~好爽~^^~
這盤若是在比較高級的餐廳~請附$1200
但我今天自己做的成本~215元~
因為牛肉是學生送的~哈哈哈~
