仰臥起坐該在墊什麼在底下? - 健身

小弟本來是每天都有做仰臥起坐,逐步加量
後來聽了朋友所說,在床上做仰臥起坐的缺點:
1.沒有效率(床墊會吸收作用力)[既累又沒效率]
2.床墊容易壞掉
我就去拿了幾個巧拼地板(那種拼圖的地板),放在地上做
不過人躺下去後,正要做第一下時,發現腰部後面很痛(好像是做的痛,不是筋痛)
要做幾下都有困難性,所以想請問:
應該是我自己的問題吧
請問該如何改善呢?
爬過文也不曉得怎麼解決ˊˋ
